Premier Inn Breakfast - Rick Steves Travel Forum
There's nothing wrong with breakfast. However the Premier Inn breakfast is cooked with poor quality ingredients. Personally I didn't like it, others do, it's all subjective. Some people are happy to eat at a Wetherspoons or a Toby Carvery, others aren't, each to their own. The OP asked for opinions on the PI breakfast, I gave mine.

I did get a response from the London Holborn Premier Inn; there may have been one other PI that answered my query, which I probably sent to 5 or 6 hotels. Tip: The best place to find an email address for a specific PI seems to be Facebook. Google something like Premier Inn London Holborn Facebook and cross your fingers.

We tried to book the Paddington Basin Premier Inn for last month, but had problems booking (using both Chrome and Safari browsers, and trying various PI locations, not just Paddington Basin). I would enter dates into their calendar (say, Feb 10–15) and it brought up rooms, but when I clicked on"see breakdown" (of the total price), it would list different days – in this example, the nights ...

I will be staying at the Premier Inn County Hall (in South Bank) when I head to London in mid-May for 5 nights. I decided to get the Premier Plus room, which gives me upgraded wifi, a mini fridge, a larger work area and a bit more room. For that, I am paying £140 per night. The standard room was around £125, I believe.

The Premier Inn Website- being Glitchy - Rick Steves
Just to make you aware that the Premier Inn website is being glitchy today. This afternoon I booked a room at a PI, only to be told that the booking had not gone through due to a website problem. So I rebooked it- same issue, then a 3rd time- same problem. So at that stage I went to the complaints page.

Booked Premier Inn in London (UPDATED) - Rick Steves
I booked a room at the Premier Inn County Hall for 5 nights. I was leaning towards Waterloo, but found that County Hall has Premier Plus rooms. So for around £16 per day, I was able to upgrade to a room with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, upgraded internet and better work space.

FYI, if you're starting to plan trips for this year, be very careful of booking on www.premierinn.com There's been an ongoing glitch on this website, covered in threads before Covid, with the website changing your dates to one day earlier than you inputted.

Premier Inn's Premier Plus: Worth It? - Rick Steves Travel Forum
I stayed at the Kings Cross Premier Inn back some years and it was perfectly serviceable. There was a Costa Coffee right next store for coffee and the rooms themselves were perfectly fine if not posh. I don't think I'll splurge for the Plus rooms. As I recall it seemed to be like more like a Days Inn chain. Perfectly fine but nothing special.

Email Address for Waterloo-Westminster Bridge Premier Inn
I've Googled, I've looked on the Premier Inn website, I've contacted Guest Relations via PI's online form (they gave me an invalid email address). I am at my wits' end. I do not want to take the time right at the moment to figure out a super-cheap VOIP method of calling, and I don't want to pay international rates for what may turn out to be multiple calls.
